General
I will have to ask payment before personalization and delivery. All handbags will have small flaws which add flavor and an authentic look. Also I am just an apprentice of the craft, but determined to become a master.
Personalization
I can engrave a few small things like names, sentences or small pictures into either accessories or a cardholder. Is included in the price and the how/what can be discussed.

RETURNS + REFUNDS
If you decide that you are not satisfied with your order I will accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unused and are still in original packaging. You have 7 days to request a return authorization (RA) number and ship your order back. Customized products cannot be returned. If the customized parts are accessories that can be detached I will withhold 50 euro and refund the rest.
Please send a note through this page to obtain an RA number. RA numbers must be written on the outside of your packaging before you ship it back. Any packages received without an RA number will not be accepted. Please ensure that your package is tracked and insured as we are not responsible for any items lost while being returned.
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and the condition of the items has been verified.
